Is the hair 100% human hair?

Yes. Our bundles are made from premium 11A Virgin Human Hair and can be curled, straightened, colored, and styled.

How many bundles do I need for a full install?

12”–18”: 2–3 bundles

20”–24”: 3 bundles recommended

26”+: 4 bundles recommended

For a fuller look, we always recommend purchasing an additional bundle.

Can I color the hair?

Yes. Because our bundles are made from virgin human hair, they can be professionally colored and customized.

Does the hair shed or tangle?

With proper care, shedding and tangling are minimal. We recommend gentle brushing, regular maintenance, and using quality hair care products.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of our products and hygiene reasons, all hair sales are considered final sale. Please review our Refund Policy for complete details.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled within 10 hours of purchase. Once processing begins, orders cannot be canceled.
