Diamondina Ruff Hair Collection Refund & Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final.
Returns
We do not accept returns on hair extensions that have been opened, worn, installed, altered, brushed, washed, colored, or otherwise tampered with.
To be eligible for a return request, the product must:
Be unused and in its original condition
Remain in its original packaging
Have all security ties, tags, and packaging intact
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
Photos of the product
Photos of the packaging
We will review the issue and provide a replacement if approved.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 10 hours of purchase. Once processing has begun, orders cannot be canceled.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for products received damaged or incorrect.
